Service Conditions

Billing and top-up conditions for Golem Points in the WeiserKoala bot. Please read them before you recharge.

Payments

  • Payments are processed securely by Stripe. We never see or store your full card details.
  • Prices are shown in US dollars (USD). Applicable taxes may be added at checkout.

Golem Points

  • 1 Golem Point = US$0.01. Points are prepaid virtual credits usable only inside the WeiserKoala bot to pay for messages and features.
  • Points have no cash value outside the service and are non-transferable.

One-time and recurring top-ups

  • You can buy a one-time top-up or a monthly recurring plan ($5, $10 or $30 per month).
  • Recurring plans renew automatically each month and charge your payment method until you cancel.

Cancellation

  • You can cancel a recurring plan at any time through the bot or by contacting support.
  • Cancellation stops future renewals; points already credited to your balance stay in your account.

Delivery

  • Points are credited automatically after a successful payment, normally within a few seconds.
  • If your points do not arrive, contact support with your phone number and payment reference.

Refunds

  • Because Golem Points are virtual, prepaid credits, purchases are generally non-refundable except where a refund is required by law.
  • For a billing error or an undelivered top-up, contact support and we will help.

Data

  • We use your phone number (and, optionally, your Discord handle) only to identify your account and credit your points.
