Terms of Service

These Terms govern your use of the WeiserKoala bot and its Golem Points. By using the bot you agree to them.

The service

  • WeiserKoala is an AI assistant available on Telegram and Discord. Some features are paid with Golem Points.
  • The service is provided "as is"; features may change or be improved over time.

Your account

  • Your account is identified by your phone number and, optionally, a linked Discord account.
  • You are responsible for the activity and messages sent from your account.

Golem Points

  • Golem Points are prepaid virtual credits (1 point = US$0.01) spent inside the bot. See the Service Conditions for billing details.
  • Points are non-transferable and have no value outside the service.

Acceptable use

  • Do not use the bot for illegal, harmful, abusive or fraudulent purposes, and do not attempt to abuse or automate it in ways that harm the service or other users.
  • We may suspend or close accounts that break these Terms.

Content

  • Answers are generated by AI and may be inaccurate; do not rely on them as professional advice.

Changes

  • We may update these Terms. Continued use of the bot after an update means you accept the new Terms.
